The villa is located on the island of Čiovo in the village of Okrug Gornji, 500 meters from the sea. Čiovo is connected to Trogir by a bridge, there is no toll.

The nearest beach is pebbly with very gentle access to the sea, suitable for the smallest children or non-swimmers. The stay is ideal for families with small children.
