The villa is located 10 meters from the sea in the 1st row in the destination Vranjica. It is a quiet part 4 km from historic Trogir.
There are 2 apartments in the villa: AP1 for 4 adults + 1 child under 12, AP2 for max. 4 people. Each has its own entrance, a spacious terrace with a direct view of the sea and parking at the house on the owner's property. The beach is accessed through a gate through a richly blooming garden with an outdoor shower. In addition to the apartment, there is also an outdoor seating area with a grill, a terrace and an amazing view of the sea and the surrounding islands. The beach in front of the house is intended for staying guests. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet connection. A stay in a villa offers spacious facilities for relaxation, guarantees maximum peace, the beach in front of the house and great privacy.

Jezdíme sem již několik let, a po každé super dovolená, letos opět paráda. Krásné místo.
Dobrý večer, chtěli bychom Vám touto cestou poděkovat za zprostředkování vynikajícího ubytování ve Vile Arzic. Všechno odpovídalo informacím, které jsme měli před rezervací ubytování od Vás. Bohužel je dnešek posledním dnem naši dovolené, ale v příštím roce chceme jet na toto místo znovu. Určitě se Vám ozveme. Děkujeme.

Dobrý den pane Tomášku, vrátili jsme se z pobytu v apt ARZIC. Je to velmi kouzelné místo, krásný čistý apartmán a moc příjemní majitelé. Velmi jsme si to užili a určitě bychom se tam někdy rádi vrátili. Ještě bych chtěla říct, že Vaše stránky jsou opravdu velmi příjemně a podrobně uspořádány a dostávají se nám ucelené a jasné informace jak o cenách a termínech tak i o typech apartmánů. Fotografie našeho apartmánu byly nezkreslené (jak se občas stává) a skutečnost předčila naše očekávání. Díky a s pozdravem Zuzana Vaňková
